I used Cynthia Duncan in selling my second house I bought and buying my 3rd home. So far in my experiences, I had struggled to understand the selling and buying processes. Cynthia took the time to explain things to me and no question ever seemed to be a silly question to her. She was always  looking to help me find ways to make my house more appealing that I was selling, as well as pointing out things I might not have thought about in the buying of my new house. When she scheduled time to show me houses, we had plenty of time to discuss things and walk through possible prospects without any rush. Cynthia kept me on top of time frames for the closing of both houses and I never felt I was missing anything. It was truly the best experience I have had in selling one home and buying another!!
